Chocolate Preparation: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 16 muffin cups or butter, lightly with paper. In a small bowl, mix up smooth boiling water and cocoa powder. Cool to room environment. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Then the bowl of an electric mixer or with a hand mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth. Beat in the vanilla extract. Add flour mixture and beat until integrated whole. Then add the cocoa mixture and stir until smooth cooling.
